This evacuation sheet fixes permanently to the underside of a flexible foam mattress by means of strong elastics. It has safety belts to hold the patient on the mattress and pulling straps at each end.

The combination of slippery sheet and flexible mattress will easily allow controlled access through doorways and downstairs. An essential piece of evacuation kit for care homes which will assist in the removal of bed bound patients from the premises.
